The Brief
Choffin teaches dozens of career and technical programs in one building — Auto Tech, Welding, Culinary, Early Childhood, Graphics Lab, and on. Each program needed its own visible identity inside the school, so students walking the halls could see where they were going and what they were stepping into.
The Challenge
One building. Many program areas. A single cohesive system that still let each program feel distinct. The work had to install around active classes, hold up to a decade of student traffic, and feel like Choffin — not like a generic vinyl rollout.
- 01Survey
Walk-throughs of every hallway and program area to inventory existing signage and identify the moments worth investing in.
- 02Design
Templated program-identity system with per-program photo, type, and color treatment.
- 03Install
Phased install scheduled around the academic calendar — most landings happened over breaks and after-school windows.

Every program visible from the hallway.
