The Brief
Shepherd of the Valley operates senior living and care campuses across the Mahoning Valley — Boardman, Howland, Poland, Girard, and most recently Salem. As the network grew, the signage need followed: front-entrance acrylic identity, hallway wayfinding, mission and values walls, exterior monuments, fleet decals on the buses and vans that move residents between locations.
The Challenge
Five campuses. Five sets of stakeholders. One brand. The signage has to feel coherent across every location while accommodating each building's architectural personality — and every install has to land in a residential care setting where staying out of the way matters as much as the work itself.
- 01Coordinate
Standing relationship with Shepherd's facilities and marketing teams. New campus opens or refresh starts with a phone call.
- 02Produce
Dimensional acrylic, vinyl wall graphics, hanging interior signage, exterior monument inserts, vehicle decals — all fabricated and prepped at our Boardman shop.
- 03Install
Phased installs scheduled around resident routines. Most landings happen between meal services and morning programming.

Five locations. One uninterrupted brand.
