The Brief

The Lake Club is a private club in Poland, Ohio with a campus that covers a clubhouse, banquet center, recreation center, pool, and a dining venue called the Sky Room. They needed signage that fit the property — calm, branded, durable, and consistent across every building members and guests touch.

The Challenge

A campus, not a single building. Different rooms, different audiences, different rules — pool rules, play-area access, banquet wayfinding, office hours — all needed to read in one visual voice. Material had to hold up to weather outside and chlorine spray inside, and the install schedule had to dodge events on the calendar.

    Survey

    Walk the campus with the client, photograph every existing sign and gap, scope the phase plan.

    Design

    Apply the Lake Club brand to a templated system that scales across rooms, materials, and use cases.

  3. 03
    Install

    Phased rollouts around the club's calendar — most installs land between events without disrupting member access.
